Project Status – In Construction
Scope – 3d Rendering
VDG provided 3d rendering and visualization services for "The Enclave" at Grand Valley State University. The project includes several 4 and 5 bedroom student cottages, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom student townhouses, and a community clubhouse. VDG developed the 3d models of the site and all of the housing and community facility structures. Our team produced renderings of both the exterior and interior spaces for the purpose of marketing the project to prospective student tenants. This project was completed for Richland Development in partnership with Anthony Paskevich & Associates, Nederveld, and Vista Construction Services.
